What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. These are used to keep the site secure and available.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to potential clients.
To keep records of enquiries and contracts. Lawful basis: legitimate interests and, where applicable, compliance with a legal obligation.
To protect the website against abuse. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in the security of our systems.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and our email provider, and only to the extent needed to deliver that service. Those providers act on our instructions under written terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, so that we can pick up a conversation you return to. Records connected to a contract are kept for six years after the contract ends, in line with normal commercial and tax record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to or restrict how we use it, and request a copy in a portable format. Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and enquiry data is transmitted directly to our email provider. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it in order to respond.
