This website is operated by ZEB SECURITY SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16582831, with its registered office at 29 Ivyfield Road, Birmingham, B23 7HJ. References to "we", "us" and "our" are to that company.

Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is stored, or any connected system.

We may update or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. It is a request for information or a quotation.
Any quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on it and is based on the information you provide. Material changes to the site, hours or risk profile may change the price.
A contract for services comes into effect only when we confirm the engagement in writing and you accept our terms of business.

Licensing and insurance

Security operatives supplied by us hold valid Security Industry Authority licences for the activities they carry out. We hold public liability insurance. Evidence of both is available on request and is normally supplied with a written quotation.

Intellectual property

We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this site and the material published on it. You may print or download extracts for your own reference, but you must not reproduce any part of it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the content of this website.

Governing law
